Pre-treatment:
Avoid aspirin or ibuprofen for 7 days prior to treatment. If you are taking prescription blood thinners, or regularly take aspirin or ibuprofen, please inform your provider.
• Avoid alcohol for 2 days prior to treatment.
• Let your provider know if you have taken Accutane in the past year.
• Avoid wearing make-up or creams to the treatment area on the day of treatment.
• Will need pre-treatment with an oral anti-viral medication if history of cold sores.
