Skin Cancer / Mole Excision

During skin cancer surgery, the target area should be completely removed to best address the cancer. Unfortunately this can create a large wound or scar when removing healthy tissue to ensure the entire cancer is excised. Dr. Shock understands the importance of both complete excision, as well as an optimal cosmetic result. She can thus remove and repair skin cancer or reconstruct your skin following Mohs micrographic surgery with various techniques. 

With any skin cancer diagnosis, it is important to follow the recommendations of your dermatologist. During a consultation, Dr. Shock will work with you and your dermatologist to best treat and repair your skin.
